This policy describes browsing this website and contacting MYNIVAS about privacy or account deletion. The installed MYNIVAS app provides separate account and property-management features.
Public marketplace browsing
The website displays published property information, room options, amenities, owner-advertised beds and approved listing photos from the MYNIVAS marketplace. It does not display private Manager records.
Search and saved properties
Your search and filter selections appear in the page URL. Saving a property stores its public listing identifier in this browser. Saved properties are not synced to an account. Remove a saved property with its save button, or clear this website’s browser site data to remove all saved identifiers.
Enquiries, visits and sharing
The website does not collect names, phone numbers or enquiry messages through a web form. Enquiry and visit controls offer links to the installed MYNIVAS app, where sign-in is required. Sharing opens your device’s share dialog or copies public property details and the property link.
Account deletion and privacy requests
Users may request deletion of their MYNIVAS account and associated personal data by contacting mynivas2026@gmail.com. We may verify the request before processing it.
When you contact us, we receive the information you include in your request and use it to respond and process the request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
This website does not create user accounts or provide an automated account-deletion control. Clearing browser site data removes website-local saved properties; it does not delete an account or data in the separate MYNIVAS app. Sending a request does not immediately delete an account.
When a verified account deletion request is completed, personal account information is deleted or anonymized, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Images and service requests
Loading pages and images sends requests to the website and MYNIVAS’s Supabase provider. Listing images use temporary signed links, which refresh while a page is open. The website does not implement analytics, advertising or payment collection.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MYNIVAS services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of the service. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.
Saved property identifiers remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site data. Signed image links expire after one hour. Website browsing uses the public marketplace projection and does not require privileged database credentials.
